Beschreibung

Task:
We are currently in the process of setting up an operating model for our two advanced data analytic stacks which are based on 1) Hadoop and 2) Palantir technology. Our goal is to ensure smooth transition of any data-related product/application, that is built on these stacks, into a productive, post-project phase and along with this to ensure proper and reliable support for these products, once their development projects have ended. Based on this we came up with the two roles described in this and my other mail. I would like to point out, that we are not looking for people that will support the afore-mentioned products, but setting up the support & operations framework in which the products can be maintained.

Goal:
- get to operations mode: align project activities with platform governance (on top of Palantir Foundry platform) and ensure their successful transition into operations. Project activity execution is not in scope of this role

Expected activities:
- Orchestrate lifecycle of Palantir work (execution)
- Work with supplier to ensure definition, assignment and execution of tasks
- Make demand, progress, risks visible
- Transition to operations planning for project activities
- Ensure execution of risk actions for “Risk Acceptance Form” components
- Make sure that operations processes are understood by the projects and implemented
- Align and orchestrate with service delivery manager and operational EIM lead
- Align with application support teams prior, during and after to technical transfer
- Other responsibilities with regards to platform strategy execution

Out of scope:
- Managing business activity layer
- Coordination with digital office (CDO organization)
- Coordination of project-related activities (e.g. with different BT groups), which are not aiming to bring a project into operations

Requirements (Must have):
Agile project management and execution for plan of work +++ (excellent), > 5 yrs.
Excellent verbal communication skills +++ (excellent), > 5 yrs.
Experience planning for system operations +++ (excellent), > 5 yrs.
JIRA experience +++ (excellent), > 5 yrs.
Strong structure and organizational skills +++ (excellent), > 5 yrs.
Working within a complex, weak matrix organizational environment +++ (excellent), > 5 yrs.
English +++ business fluent
Intercultural competency on a a global level +++ 5 yrs.
