Beschreibung
Respnsibilities:- Research and design on optical transmission system with continuing doubled capacity and longer distance
- Research and design on optical cross connect (OXC) and optical networking to build a real intelligent optical networks
- Lead related Prove of Concept prototype project
- Planning and layout future key optical technology roadmap
- Delivery of proposals and standards contribution to standard organizations such as ITU-T, OIF, IETF
Requirements:
- Optical communication and networking, optoelectronics, optics related major, master's degree or above
- Experience in optical transmission and networking area, and successful project experience in design high speed optical transmission system, high performance OXC
- Profound knowledge with optical fiber, optical acive and passive components, optical networking technology
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Open mind, good communication and teamwork, and good presentation skills
