Minimum 7-8 years of experience of playing a role of a Salesforce Business Analyst
Salesforce experience
Good knowledge of salesforce.com and especially sales cloud preferably with appropriate certifications
Previous implementation experience on lead to order process
Previous integration experience
Good communication and documentation skills (English)
Leadership skills
Ability to independently lead & manage workshops with multiple stakeholders
Ability to get consensus and align a group of diverse stakeholders
