für unseren Endkunden suchen wir:

Aufgaben:
The Digital Attacker is a newly established global unit within consumer business, providing a state-of-the-art digitally enabled set of products and service offerings to our residential customers across a number of European regions. Its aim is to achieve marketing leading Net Promoter Score (NPS) with our customers whilst maintaining competitive cost base for overall. This leading service is underpinned by a brand new cloud-based IT platform and solution architecture which will continually evolve and be improved by the Digital Attacker business in collaboration with the wider consumer units, over the coming years.
?Plan the deployment of Digital Attacker releases and aligning plans with involved entities and stakeholders
?Manage team of project managers and experts to identify and resolve deployment issues as well as initiate issue resolution and enablement activities
?Serve as single-point-of-contact for deployment related questions from involved and affected stakeholders ensuring the operations are in line with cost to serve (CtS) ambitions
?Identify and track key project milestones of deployment activities to ensure delivery in time, budget and quality
?Ensure effective change control procedures and processes are efficiently used to maintain control on scope, schedule and cost
?Work with the Release Manager to ensure post go-live plans and activities are developed and sequenced in line with the deployment plan
?Perform project reviews and pro-actively address project risks and issues
?Ensure adequate mitigation plans are in place to ensure delivery is not compromised
?Facilitate post deployment reviews and ensure lessons learned are carried forward appropriately
?Support definition of release strategy and objectives
?Define readiness criteria and drive regular reporting on progress against deployment objectives

Skills:
?Experience in B2C operations, contact center environment and/or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) a plus ?Conversant with core IT infrastructure components and service concepts
?Site launch & deployment experience of IT infrastructure & software in retail operations
?Ability to rapidly acquaint with new and complex operational topics in multi-regional setting
?Frequent international business travels (approximately 2-3 days per week)
?Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities


?Fluent in English; German is advantageous

Soft-Skills:
?Significant work experience of program and project management including scoping, managing resources, changes, risks and issues
?Experience in managing internal stakeholders in multi-national environment across multiple management levels
?Ability to serve as a role model for teamwork to facilitate collaboration across multiple functions, departments and levels ?Excellent communicational skills to co-ordinate onsite and remote work across regions
