For our client, a global Software Solutions company, we are looking for an OCM Associate on a freelance basis for Düsseldorf
Project Start: ASAP
Project duration: 6 months
Location: Düsseldorf & Remote

Goals:
As part of the Project team, this person will be responsible for stakeholder analysis and business process analysis associated with Organisation Change Management initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all communication deliverables are implemented within timelines given by the OCM Team.
- Create performance management material for all OCM initiatives
- Management of all distributions lists for target audiences
- Access various communication channels to support key messaging (Email, social media, virtual forums)
- Support the application of standard communication editing style guides
- Develop or guide the completion of materials based on thorough stakeholder, change impact and training needs analysis
Your Skills:
- Degree in Business, Communication, English or other Communication-related field
- Experience in translating technical information into clear, concise communication and training materials
- Proven organizational change management experience (at least 2 years)
- Fully proficient in Office 365 and relevant Office Products
- Required: Pro Sci Certification
- Hands on experience in process improvement analysis
- Cloud, service management and transition management backgrounds is a must
- Able to start immediately
Languages:
- Written and spoken English know-how is demanded, all documentation will be in English
- German language is not needed
