Montash have recently been engaged by a leading pharmaceutical business to secure an S2P Ariba Consultant.
The Role:
Advising the GBS Global Process Owner and his team in the area of GBS Process Management Accounts Payable/Travel & Expense (T&E) of the client.
The objective of the advisory service is to receive external expertise for the improvement of the global template and the deployment of the GBS solution in the course of the current ntegration programme. It includes the transfer of expertise in regards to SAP ARIBA to internal resources.
The advisory service consists of technical and process consultancy within SAP ARIBA:
- Point out potential improvements of the global GBS template in accordance with the respective business processes in the area of Accounts Payable/T&E based on best practices
- Advisory with regards to the organizational and process transformation as well as implementation of the global template during the upcoming deployment projects including solution design for localizations and testing.
- Advise international project resources during the project phases
- Identification of project risks, functional issues and mitigation actions
- Knowledge transfer to the shared service center (GBSC) during the cutover phase of the project
