My client, a leading German telecommunication provider with headquarter in Cologne, is currently looking for a project manager in the field of digital sales. The role will be executed for the project time in Cologne.

Tasks:
- Management of complex projects and sub-projects for the digital transformation of sales and distribution support
- Project management for digitizing the customer experience in the business customer sector, especially along the BUY Journey/in the sales environment
- Coordination and coordination of all digitization efforts in the business customer area, foremost in sales, lead management and marketing
- Further development of already launched functions, innovations and life cycle management of the existing digital solutions foremost Salesforce
- Definition of requirements, prioritization of features for the coming development phases and coordination within the company
- Comprehensive coordination with all involved departments

Qualifications:
- Completed degree in business administration or a related degree program
- Several years of project experience in a comparable area of project management, ideally in the customer service or telecommunications industry and/or in the development of digital distribution projects
- In-depth experience with the introduction and evolution of Salesforce, Service Cloud and Sales Cloud
- Experience in digital sales and lead management
- Extensive experience in project management, ideally expertise in the application of various project management methods (waterfall and agile methods)
- Safe appearance in the European context in the context of the Group
- Entrepreneurial, analytical and customer-oriented thinking and acting
- Conception strength as well as high affinity and technical understanding for digital solutions
- Confident appearance and strong communication and presentation skills
- Independent, structured working method and efficient time management
