Position: Scrum Master/Technical Project Manager

End: duration: 6 months with option to extend
Perm/Contract: Freelance Contract
Tasks:
Client WE Omni channel rollout. Main responsibility would be to be responsible to deliver Enhancements in parallel to MVP rollout. As part of the IT project management team, candidate should work together with business analysts/PMs, technical project managers (of about 5 streams) and test managers to ensure on-time delivery to markets.
In-depth technical skills are not strictly required, as technical delivery will be managed by the sub-streams, each with a technical PM/team lead. The candidate should have a general understanding of agile roles/processes, as enhancement process is based on a requirements backlog and agile roles to define participation from stakeholders (however, delivery of a particular enhancement will be likely to be a waterfall process).
Working within a Matrix organization (making sure resources are available, being able to synchronize work of different org units), and experience with Omnichannel solutions (specifically: IBM Sterling) is an advantage.
Skills:
- + 5 year experience as a scrum master/technical lead
- IT background (an IT/engineering degree is a major benefit for the position)
- Technical knowledge in the field of omnichannel solutions
- German language knowledge preferred
