Understanding of project governance structures in heavily distributed responsibility environment
(multi-site, cross-functional work streams, differing/conflicting interest)
Understanding of corporate diplomacy/politics/force fields
Strong drive to deliver, manage on results/milestones
Identify risks in early stage
Good high-level technical (conceptual/logical infrastructure) insight, able to monitor and appraise technical topics.
Able to work under (political) pressure
Able to work autonomously with strong awareness of the core program objectives, relations and dependencies
Able to think in and oversee processes and their data, their key influencing/impacting factors
Able to coach/guide qualified technical staff in project management skills
Communicate on all levels (technical, tactical, operational)
English speaking, German/French appreciated.
