Our Broadcast Media client is looking to replace their existing telephony platform (incl. routing) with a new system. They require someone to help in the selection of the new software and implement the transition.
They already started a RfP and are currently looking at the different vendors. As next steps, they want to create a short list and make onsite visits at customers where the software was already implemented.
Afterwards they will select the vendor and start the transition phase of this project.
For this project our client will need someone to:
- help in the selection process for the new software
- collect estimations from vendors
- initiate the process for contract closure
- initiate and monitor budget process
- manage business needs and align them with IT requirements
- general stakeholder management
- set up an IT project plan
- lead the techn. Implementation from a PM perspective
- reporting to senior management about progress
- supplier management
