IT Project Manager Business Solution/ Scrum Master m/f
For our partner in the energy sector.
Tasks:
o Leading various smaller SAP ERP IT projects at New Business Solutions Units (e.g. heat business, e-mobility business...)
o Ongoing scoping by using agility methods (e.g. SCRUM, eSAFE…)
o Ongoing controlling the project progress in sprints and controll progress with consumed and available project budget
o Excellent liaison with the main stakeholders of the agile projects
o Excellent liaison with the Product Owners of the agile projects
o Build strong collaboration with Application Management and -support (SAP ERP)
o Ensuring that project goals are achieved in relation to IT-specific activities.
o Operational project planning in cooperation with the application management, business stakeholders and others (agile and classical approach).
o Structuring and packaging of project tasks in the context of the project scope (work packages or transformin of user stories).
o Setting goals, priorities and assigning tasks to individual team members.
o Recurring coordination of planning with stakeholders.
o Monitoring and controlling of project progress in cooperation with stakeholders, application management and others.
Skills:
o Strong analytical thinking skills.
o High team ability and strong communication skills as well as quick comprehension.
o Ability to listen to user stories and transform the request into IT demands that are understandable for business- and IT user
o Strong communication skills in English
o Building bridges for user requests which needs to be solved mainly by organizational processes
o Strong ability of argumenting, if requests are not in correlation with the overall high level scope
o Ability to collaborate with product owners and set different requirements in correlation of the 'whole'
o Agile project management experienced (SCRUM master)
o Knowing major Business Processes runs in SAP ERP environment
o Experienced in working with virtual teams in different time zones (US, Europe, India)
o Track keeping of proceeding customer obligation work (e.g. prototype testing, follow the implemented functions...)
o Beeing able to communicate the demands of user, customers to SAP ERP application support and -management
o After beeing introduced by Application Management and -Support knowing which activities using SAP ERP needs to be performed with the correlating effort and with which timeline
o First experience with SAP ERP systems.
o Overview knowledge on SAP ERP basic skills for systems (ECC 6.x and ECC 4.x) is useful.
o Understanding of functionalities of technical interfaces to SAP ERP systems (upstream and downstream ITsystems aligned to ERP e.g. SAP HR, in particular BI, HR and IS-U systems) and their interdependencies.
o Proven experience in projects involving the cooperation between application management and support units.
o At least 3 years of proven expertise as IT project manager or IT sub-project manager in the SAPenvironment (ERP, IS-U, PI/PO or HR environment).
o Successful leadership expertise for leading small project team groups.
o Experienced in leading and controlling subprojects in the overall context of an IT program.
o Knowledge of the differences between the agile and classical project approach, experienced in both methodologies.
o Readiness for several-day business trips with guaranteed weekend returnes.
