Business Analyst (m/w)Mit rund 1000 angestellten Mitarbeitern und derzeit 500 freien Beratern unterstützen wir namhafte Unternehmen bei der Umsetzung ihrer IT Projekte.
Für einen unserer Endkunden in Hamburg sind wir derzeit auf der Suche nach einem Business Analysten (m/w) zur Unterstützung auf freiberuflicher Basis.
Aufgabenbeschreibung:
We have a team of 3 developers and many potential business unit neutral topics that should be worked on as a central service for business units. Examples are the Complaint App (to take down bad content within 24h) or the inquiry app (to collect data from all over the company). The team maintains and builds these services.
At the same time there are many old apps and sections that need attention.
We need someone to form a team with a vision, set up a backlog, identify the stakeholders, set priorities, define maintenance vs projects.
Anforderungen:
- A sound understanding of software development and good technical skills to communicate with engineers
- Keen to work with best-practice agile development methods - prior experience in this field is definitely a plus
- Experience in defining use cases and deriving user stories
- Ability to make recommendations on the basis of incomplete information
- Experience in adjacent fields, e.g. Accounting, Payment, Provider Management, User Care is of advantage
- Excellent communication skills combined with fluency in English and German
