Unser Unternehmen ist ein strategisches Beratungsunternehmen mit Fokus auf den Energie- und Versorgungssektor dessen Dienstleistungsschwerpunkte auf die Bereiche Business Intelligence- Lösungen sowie Prozess- und Projektmanagement gerichtet ist.Für ein Projekt in Essen, Hannover, Hamburg, München, Regensburg, Würzburg suchen wir ab Mai eine/n IT- Project Manager (m/w).
Laufzeit: 02.05.2018 - 30.09.2018
Volumen: 600 Stunde(n) Stunden onsite , 300 Stunde(n) Stunden remote, 80 Stunde(n) Reisestunden
Projektort: Essen, Hannover, Hamburg, München, Regensburg, Würzburg
Tasks:
* Leading various smaller SAP ERP IT projects at New Business Solutions Units (e.g. heat business, e-mobility business...)
* Ongoing scoping by using agility methods (e.g. SCRUM, eSAFE…)
* Ongoing controlling the project progress in sprints and controll progress with consumed and available project budget
* Excellent liaison with the main stakeholders of the agile projects
* Excellent liaison with the Product Owners of the agile projects
* Keep Product Owners motivated and explain interdependcies to support correct decisions
* Keep the fast pace and direct the dynamic inside Sprints
* Keeps the motivation in Scrum teams high
* Build strong collaboration with Application Management and -support (SAP ERP)
* Ensuring that project goals are achieved in relation to IT-specific activities.
* Operational project planning in cooperation with the application management, business stakeholders and others (agile and classical approach).
* Structuring and packaging of project tasks in the context of the project scope (work packages or transformin of user stories).
* Setting goals, priorities and assigning tasks to individual team members.
* Recurring coordination of planning with stakeholders.
* Monitoring and controlling of project progress in cooperation with stakeholders, application management and others.
Skills:
* Strong analytical thinking skills.
* High team ability and strong communication skills as well as quick comprehension.
* Ability to listen to user stories and transform the request into IT demands that are understandable for business- and IT user
* Strong communication skills in English
* Building bridges for user requests which needs to be solved mainly by organizational processes
* Strong ability of argumenting, if requests are not in correlation with the overall high level scope
* Ability to collaborate with product owners and set different requirements in correlation of the 'whole'
* Agile project management experienced (SCRUM master)
* Knowing major Business Processes runs in SAP ERP environment
* Experienced in working with virtual teams in different time zones (US, Europe, India)
* Track keeping of proceeding customer obligation work (e.g. prototype testing, follow the implemented functions...)
* Beeing able to communicate the demands of user, customers to SAP ERP application support and -management
* After beeing introduced by Application Management and -Support knowing which activities using SAP ERP needs to be performed with the correlating effort and with which timeline
* First experience with SAP ERP systems.
* Overview knowledge on SAP ERP basic skills for systems (ECC 6.x and ECC 4.x) is useful.
* Understanding of functionalities of technical interfaces to SAP ERP systems (upstream and downstream IT systems aligned to ERP e.g. SAP HR, in particular BI, HR and IS-U systems) and their interdependencies.
* Proven experience in projects involving the cooperation between application management and support units.
* At least 3 years of proven expertise as IT project manager or IT sub-project manager in the SAP environment (ERP, IS-U, PI/PO or HR environment).
* Successful leadership expertise for leading small project team groups.
* Experienced in leading and controlling subprojects in the overall context of an IT program.
* Knowledge of the differences between the agile and classical project approach, experienced in both methodologies.
