We are recruiting on behalf of a client who are looking for an experienced contact centre technology implementation consultant to work with one of their existing customers in Germany to implement Genesys IWD. This role can start straight away and once the initial project is finished there could be further work in Germany or central Europe.
Essential experience;
- Genesys contact centre implementation or delivery experience
- Strong knowledge of IWD (Intelligent Workload Distribution)
You will need to be quite flexible to travel but there will be opportunities to work from home on occasional days. As the client needs someone to be able to start ASAP you must be able to work freely in the EU. Expenses will be paid on top of the day rate.
