PMO Migration Key responsibilities
provide support on reporting, financial and administrative dimensions and to ensure successfully program execution, define and prepare analytical reports and dashboards and capture pertinent to relationship, present dashboards to management and stakeholders effectively, create repository for gathering reporting information and use it to create dashboards and other MIS, disseminate information in the required formats to client and Transition Manager, review and track pertinent data, liaison with other functions in order to ensure compliance with policies and practices, monitor financial levers and recommend corrective actions, assist in creation of cost budgets and ensure budgetary compliance and cost control, capture revenue projections from stakeholders on defined periodic basis, conduct periodic review with stakeholders
