Beschreibung
Aufgabe:- Reporting in a wider change programme to the Digital Workplace Service Programme Manager, and working in close collaboration with a 3rd-party provider
- Working with solution architects, service owners and the service catalogue manager, ensure development and integration of the necessary new Digital Workplace service catalogue items in the Uniper ServiceNow instance
- Implement interim solutions where release / change timeframes prevent implementation of the long-term items by the required milestones
- Develop and integrate other ITIL process changes (e.g. Asset Management, Incident Management, etc.) related to the Digital Workplace programme into the existing ITIL environment
Anforderung:
- Experience in Windows 10 Rollouts
- Good Project Management skills
- ITIL process know-how
- Experience in enterprise environments
- Fluent english and german
Umgebung/Sonstiges:

- With remote opportunities (3 days/week onsite, 2 days/week offsite)
