Für unseren Kunden in Madrid (Spanien) suchen wir eine Projektassistenz (m/w).
Aufgabenbeschreibung:
Complexity-reducing processing, structuring and documentation of extensive issues
Creation of presentations on professional strategies for the target group management and specialist departments, predominantly in the format MS PowerPoint
Contributing to the maintenance and structuring of the project in the used applications
Support for central services, e.g. for risk management, reporting, fixing dates
Supporting the team in organizational matters
Supporting the project manager in all organizational matters
Supporting the project manager on the tasks (tracking)
Support project planning according to a given methodology/templates provided by Deutsche Bahn with ahead DB Cargo project manager
Align with ahead DB Cargo project manager
Project location Madrid
Travel activities within Europe (up to 10%)
Anforderungsprofil
Muss-Anforderungen:
Experienced project assistant
Self-driven communication skills
Several years of experience in projects
Very good stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with standard office software (e.g. Microsoft Project)
Fluent English
Fluent Spanish
Soll-Anforderungen:
Experience with projects in large corporations
Experience in international projects
