Project Description:
The services of the contractor will be provided in the context of the Solution Center "Accounting SAP".
Development and implementation of new SAP solutions in the functional domain accounting (internal and external accounting).
The functional domain also covers the central procurement processes.
Project location Madrid with travel activities to Germany and Portugal (up to 50%)
Tasks:
- Support FI Workstream for the deployment of the template solution ahead (SAP Modules FI) for rollout
- Stakeholder management especially in relation to expectation management
- Support decision on SII solution (5-8 Days until mid of May)
- Support system settings and implementation of SAFT - PT solution (15-20 Days in June-September)
- Ensure delivery quality for Finance (mainly Reporting and SAFT - PT)
- Report and align with project manager and FI Workstream lead
Requirements:
- Experience in SAFT -PT implementation in Spain with SAP as source system including MM and FI
- Several years of Experience in Portuguese reporting e.g. legal, statutory, central bank, tax from SAP
- Functional understanding of SAFT-PT
- Self-driven communication skills
- Several years of experience in the SAP implementations in Portugal
- Experiences of rollout of template solutions in subsidiaries
- Familiarity with standard office software (e.g. Microsoft Project)
- Fluent English
- Fluent Spanish
Nice to have:
- Fluent Portuguese
- Experience with SAFT- PT solution of SAP (including relation with MM)
- Experience with projects in large corporations
- Experience in MM Module
