Leistungsbeschreibung:
• Reporting to an overall programme lead and working collaboratively with a 3rd-party partner (DXC), manage a transformation program to enable Support Services for the new Digital Workplace
• The subprojects to be coordinated are:
o Set up Global Service Desk for digital workplace
o Set up Onsite Service for digital workplace
o Implement HW- and SW-Asset Management processes and technical interfaces
• Dependency management of Support Services related aspects, managing DXC-raised dependencies as well as identifying and solving internal risks and dependencies
• In addition to the coordination of the DXC Program two additional projects have to coordinated:
o to set up MSI and GSD integration for a new HW vendor and a new packaging service partner
o adoption work on the catalogue
Technical Skills:
• Strong Project Management skills (managing 3-5 sub projects in virtual and distributed teams)
• Solid experience in working with service providers
• Practical and theoretical experience in ITL processes
• Good understanding of Microsoft cloud based desktop service models and the implications on service structures
• Knowledge of ServiceNow
• Expertise in MS office and MS project
Soft skills:
• Highly structured work approach
• Positively motivated, self driven, hands on manager
• Very good English skills
