Zur Unterstützung meines Mandanten in Hamburg/München suche ich ab sofort einen IT-Einkäufer (m/w) in Arbeitnehmerüberlassung.Projektrahmendaten:
Start: asap
Laufzeit: 12 Monate
Einsatzart: Vollzeit vor Ort
Einsatzort: Hamburg oder München
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Deriving specification and commercial requirements for the RFP and contracting
- Clarification on existing contractual obligations and contract termination / extension options
- Ensuring technical requirements and specifications are clearly documented for RFP and contracting
- Support in describing the transition phase for possible handovers between vendors
- Support in establishing a performance based contract with the vendors
- Identify and support in monitoring risk from vendor changes
- Managing the tender processes from preparation, communication to vendors and internal stakeholders, negotiation, contract creation (jointly with legal representative)
- Defining optimum negotiation strategy and "rules of the game", applicable negotiation tools (eAuctions, etc.)
- Defining the governance structure and support setup to monitor and govern new IT vendor agreements
Ihr Profil:
- Comprehensive experience in materials management models and activities
- Software skills; Excel, PowerPoint, Word and ERP systems
- Fluent language skills in English skills
