A Global company is looking for an experienced Programme Scheduler.
They are in the early stages of a global SAP implementation and are looking for someone who can work with project and programme managers and workstream leads in creating and managing the overall programme and individual project schedules. The role holder will be the custodian of the integrated master schedule. You will need to be an MS Project expert including strong MS Project Server experience and have worked in large, complex global environments.
The role will involve the following tasks:
Co-ordinating and tracking multiple key projects and tasks
Planning workloads for multiple project teams and helping solve resource conflicts
Mentoring and providing MS Project Guidance
Be the interface between senior management, project management and project Co-ordinator
The role will involved further project and programme PMO duties and the client is looking for an experienced person with global experience, ideally on a similar SAP project.
The role is based in Stuttgart. This is likely to be four days per week with potential for travelling to Norway and the UK.
Speaking German is a bonus but not necessary for this role.
