For a big client of us in Frankfurt we are looking for a Project Management Officer! This is a contracting opportunity for 4 months with a chance that you get extended.
You will be working for an international company that is specialized in payment processing. They have got offices in Germany, Italy, The Netherlands and Belgium! In this role you are working in the payments domain in their Frankfurt office.
We are looking for somebody with the following skills:
- You take care of all administrative matters for projects, programs and bid/sales teams. This concerns project approval, budgeting, planning, resourcing, progress monitoring, risk management etc.
- You'll be organizing meetings and arrange for all logistical matters;
- Make sure that the organization stays compliant to the applicable rules and regulations;
- To organize and implement communication activities to all types of stakeholders;
- Initiate and participate in process improvement initiatives for project and program management and sales and bid processes.
- Affinity with development and implementation of IT infra and applications
