IT Business Implementation Manager (German speaker)
I am currently hiring a Junior/Medior IT Business Implementation Manager (German speaker) for an exciting project in Frankfurt, Germany with occasional travel to other branches in Germany.
The implementation manager will mainly be responsible for business implementation and evaluation of automated processes and will report to Project Management & Agile. He/she will develop a business implementation plan including training plans and materials in alignment with product owners and key stakeholders and support the delivery of trainings, as required (via WebEx or physically on location).
The implementation manager will work closely with especially the product owner of the Digital Processing Grid and the work stream lead of the Pioneer team and will be able to independently manage the work stream work. He/she will be providing advice and best practice tools and ways of working to the end users (branches and Back Office colleagues), ensuring all processes and digital tools are implemented in a smooth and robust way.
Furthermore, the business implementation manager will prepare and support in implementation topics for the Digital Banking and Umbrella program.
Skills Required:
- Experience in implementation of new solutions for business
- Very good coordination and communication skills
- Understanding of processes/tools to be implemented and respective requirements from the PO's.
- Fluent in German and English
Nice to Have:
- Experience in implementation of change in other companies (project/process/change management)
- Knowledge of the Private Banking segment, products and services
- Project Management Certification (eg PRINCE 2, Agile)
