Next ventures is currently looking for a Service Deliver Manager for a global operating client in Frankfurt/Germany.
Fluent English speaking is a must.
Expected activities
- Technical transfer of projects (ensuring they are following defined process) from exploration and development into operations
- Define and refine go-live milestone stages, standard checks and their verification
- Operate change process for projects and enterprise platform enhancements in-flight
- Manage demand from projects, operations and incidents and classify into work packages for operations team
- Service definition, management and execution for application and platform services
- Ensure execution of work packages by system operations team (incl. training on good service delivery practices)
- Service and change reporting
- Write and review standard operating procedures
- Align and orchestrate with activity manager and operational lead
- Align with application support teams prior to and after technical transfer
- Other responsibilities with regards to service delivery management
Out of scope
- Define strategy for system operations
- Managing business activity layer
- Coordination with digital office (CDO organization)
Experience:
- experience in service definition, management and execution (with a focus on operations of platforms/applications before/after going into production
- Experience in writing technical documentation
- JIRA experience
- Pro-active activity management, including remote activity management
