Role- Salesforce Business Analyst (m/f)
Location: Marktoberdorf, Germany
Duration: 1 Yr (may get extended to 2 yrs)
Hiring Mode- Contractual
Language- English, German is an added adavantage
Profile requirements:
• Total Experience - Min 7-8 Yrs, Relevant Salesforce Exp in BA role – Min 2-3 Yrs
• Work with clients to capture business requirements, design “to be processes”, manage business adoption.
• Be central to the Infosys delivery team throughout the entire lifecycle
• Deep functional expertise in applications on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.
• Solid foundation in core marketing principles and practices.
• Exceptional potential with strong basis of business acumen, interpersonal, analytical and team working skills.
• Comfortable working with both waterfall and agile methodologies and exposure across the full delivery lifecycle.
• Certifications in Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Dev 401, Marketing Cloud ) highly preferred
• Spoken Languages: English (primary), German (secondary)
