My client operating in the pharmaceutical sector is urgently seeking an experienced SAP S2P Consultant at Senior/Lead level.
You will work as Stream Lead for Source-to-Pay in the ERP LEAN project for the client's healthcare business sector.
This role will include:
- responsibility for the deployment of all Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes including all related interfaces for direct (managed by Supply Chain) and indirect materials (managed by Procurement) to the client, respecting the existing global ERP LEAN template
- cross-project team coordination, alignment with ERP LEAN PMO and other system/process streams (eg Master Data Management, Manage-to-Activate etc.)
- information and consulting of Business Owners for Source-to-Contract (S2C) and Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) in Procurement, Business Services, and Supply Chain about business decisions
- management of all nominated Key Users (5 in total), that are working in part time assignments
- coordinate to provide Procurement/Supply Chain knowhow to specify user requirements within user stories
- build and sustain knowledge on ERP LEAN processes and technology solution
- act as link between project and Procurement/Supply Chain incl. all necessary communications
- coordinate all required documentation according to validation plan
- support change impact assessment and any resulting activities, especially coordinate local end-user trainings before go-live
- support data preparation & migration
- focus might be on P2P for direct materials
- expected go-live date: end of April 2019
