A Project Manager is required to have overall responsibility for all elements of R4ST (Ready for Service Test) to achieve a high level of service quality and confidence to commence Pilot Operations.Project location: Brussels, Belgium
Start: May 2018
Duration: 6 months
Tasks:
- prepare catalogue of end to end test scenarios based on Use Cases (User Journeys).
Priority 1 - Happy Flow; Priority 2 - Unhappy Flow
- work with all service streams to agree on the content of each test and success criteria
- integrate all aspects of the Service including Sales Partners, Logistics, Toll Chargers and KPI reporting
- Define Test Cycle - frequency of tests
- establish the daily working interface to Defect Manager, reviews bugs and join eCAB
- establish daily reporting mechanism including morning Stand-up and evening Test Report
- Handover from Ready4Service Test to Launch/Service/Operations Manager
Skills:
- at least 5 years project management experience
- task orientated and structured Project Manager with a 'can do' attitude
- high energy with proven ability to make decisions
- good communication skills with level 4 spoken and written English and German
- background in Service Delivery Management would be very helpful
- knowledge of tolling useful but not essential
