Beschreibung

Department Administrative Expert is responsible for administrative support to Head RCC CEEMEA, administrative tasks to support associates within RCC CEEMEA and is accountable for compliance of all regulatory tools.

Major Accountabilities:
  • Accountable for administrative support to Head of RCC CEEMEA
  • Accountable for department reporting, as per alignment with Head RCC CEEMEA
  • Accountable for other administrative support to associates of RCC CEEMEA (e.g. printing, scanning, arranging notarization, etc.)
  • Accountable for regulatory compliance - following Good Regulatory Practice and internal Sandoz quality standards
  • Accountable for full compliance of internal regulatory tracking tools


Background:

Education:
  • Scientific apprentice a must (Bachelor's degree possible)


Languages:
  • Fluent in English (spoken, and written); German and other languages would be an asset


Experience:
  • Experience in administrative support; experience in pharmaceutical industry would be of advantage
  • Very good organizational skills and time management
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Good communication skills in English language
  • Team oriented, resilient, precise working style, willingness for further development
