Beschreibung

For our Client in South Germany we are looking for a Reporting Requirement Specialist (m/w).

The Reporting Requirement Specialist is requested to identify all reporting and service level management requirements and to collect those requirements from business and customer units, whilst the lessons learned, best practices and guidelines regarding the “Service Level Management and Reporting Framework” from other programs within the Cients Top 100 account are to be followed.
Synergies identified during the transition at hand are to be shared with the respective delivery specialist community from above mentioned programs and mutually agreed before further proceeding.
Consequently the requirements design – matching the contractual obligations, as well as the internal steering needs – needs to be established in close collaboration with our clients internal and customer delivery units.
Thereby it is key to create work instructions and guidelines (e.g. the “Service Level Management and Reporting Handbook”) which are to be approved by all involved stakeholders and furthermore to be trained and handed over to the prospective delivery teams (to dedicated role “Reporting Manager”).
As those teams are planned to be offshore all documentation needs to be created in German and English language – thus the Reporting Requirement Specialist is required to be comfortable in both.
The training and effective dry runs of established reporting framework are part of the project work and prospective delivery teams need to sign off all work products before a release and project finish.

Identify lessons learned, best practices and guidelines already available from other projects
Raise synergies with the clients SLM and Reporting teams
Identify all reporting and service level management requirements and create a requirements analysis to be handed over to customer report development
Manage internal stakeholders (e.g. Process Management)
Manage customer obligations and communication in terms of report development within customer applications
Organize and manage knowledge transfer and training (inclusive training materials) of prospective offshore delivery teams
Establish and manage the project acceptance process (for reports only)
Report status and budget to the Transition Manager or subproject lead

Fluent German and English skills
Structuring and communication skills (Internal and to customer teams)
Willingness to travel to various delivery locations (international)
Operational Experience within a multi-services delivery or equivalent
Requirement Engineering Experience
ITIL / ITSM Experience
. Basic process knowledge of all involved processes incl. CMDB
ITSM Service Management and reporting application experience
. E.g. HP Service Center, ServiceNow, JIRA
. E.g. Business Objects, SQL
Reporting experience for service management and operation management
. E.g. Process reporting / steering reports
. E.g. Forward Schedule of Change
Reporting experience for network related applications
. E.g. eHealth, Spectrum
