For our client, a multinational technology company specializing in Internet-related services and products based in Hamburg, we are currently hiring an Marketing Specialist (f/m).
Responsibilities:
* Build and execute marketing campaigns balancing investments across campaigns
* Understand user behaviour, market and industry dynamics of consumer electronics. Use this knowledge to shape marketing strategies including strong promotional plans.
* Coordinate the execution of campaigns (flyers, posters, TV, out-of-home, at point-of-sale etc..) working closely with various external partners
* Secure the full involvement of all stakeholders and guarantee the good flow of information regarding the current status and the next steps of marketing campaigns
* Create new media and retail concepts/pilots and test for scalability and potential impact.
* Oversee production of creative campaign assets from our partners and agencies, ensuring adheres to brand guidelines.
* Monitor campaign results, analyse key metrics, and optimise campaigns to drive growth.
Qualifications:
* BA/BS degree
* Min. 3+ years professional experience, ideally from Carrier, Smartphone/Mobile Technology brands (OEMs), Consumer Electronics companies and/or the Retail Marketing area
* Sound understanding of the fundamentals of the retail businesses
* Strong business acumen and analytical skills with a natural talent for data and analysis
* Very good project management skills: ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced dynamic environment
* Ability to speak and write in English and German fluently and idiomatically
* Talent for building collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Experience developing compelling visual assets, messaging and narratives
* Experience working with media agencies is a plus
* Passionate, pro-active, cooperative
