SAP Cutover Manager now required by our global Client based in the greater area of Lausanne, Switzerland, for a 6 month initial contract position starting ASAP. The successful candidate will be a part of the IT Change Management team, supporting the team during cutover phase and also participating in daily change management activities.Main tasks:
- Cutover lead on multiple SAP implementation programmes with multiple go-lives
- Define the cutover strategy for each deployment together with stakeholders
- Prepare the GoNoGo meeting
- Organise & host calls with stakeholders, ensure attendance & agenda is followed, publish minutes including deliverables
- Perform a senior role in the Change Advisory Board and Change Control Board
- Coordinate and conduct meetings to discuss higher risk changes
- Maintain overview of Change Requests, assigning a priority to each, and preparing in advance for discussion in Change Advisory Board meetings
- Issue change schedules, liaise with all parties to coordinate change building, testing & implementation in accordance with schedules
Desired expertise:
- Proven experience in Cutover Management ideally in SAP project environment
- Strong experience in SAP project environment (ideally functional expertise in PP/MM)
- Strong understanding of ITIL and Change & Release Management best practices
- Experience working in global cross functional teams impacting multiple business units internationally
- Strong communication skills for discussing with technical & non-technical users/stakeholders
- Business fluent English & French language skills
Contract parameters:
- Start date: ASAP
- Duration: 6 months with extension
- Location: greater area of Lausanne
- Utilization: 100% (5 days per week)
