für unseren Endkunden suchen wir:

Tasks:
• Key to the role is to develop new propositions/products in collaboration with the regional teams. The proposition/products will align with our client’s vision for segmentation and growth, providing a platform for long-term contribution to their consumer business. Work on new propositions/products might be initiated out of the Digital Attacker or out of the regions.
• An essential aspect of your role is to provide thought and proposition/product leadership for the portfolio, enabling the introduction of new features, functionality and propositions to the market as identified through local business requirements.
• You'll work within the Digital Attacker proposition/product development and launch process to ensure all propositions/products are delivered on-time and on-budget for the regional market.
• You'll work closely with Marketing, key business functions of our client (including Customer Experience, Sales, Operations, Legal, Finance) to ensure the successful launch and in-life management of propositions/products.
• You'll manage the life cycle of proposition/product development, implementation and success, including buy-in from all commercial, operational and support functions of the regional businesses to support and implement proposition/product plans.
• You will coordinate the go-to-market and launch of new propositions/products with the regional business and support the sales channels in providing sales tools, know-how and briefings on the proposition/product portfolio
• You'll act as the champion for Customer needs and subject matter expert for the regional market in the Digital Attacker team, including proposed improvements to the Digital Attacker platforms where relevant
• Continually research and analyze the regional market to identify changing customer needs, the competitive landscape and external environment to ensure the propositions remain in line with customer, market and commercial requirements.
• Support the preparation of concise business cases, proposals and papers to be presented to the board and ensure commercial contribution is maximized and constantly optimized
• Formally establish virtual proposition/product development team across the regions who are clear on purpose and objectives, and successfully manage the launch team to deliver on those objectives.

Skills:
• University degree in Business or Management, Information Technology or project management in related fields
• Profound experience in developing and managing B2C products and good track record of commercial and/or technical achievement and P&L improvement, revenue growth and cost reduction
• Experience from commodity business could be advantageous
• You'll have the ability to deliver to tight time scales, innovate and 'think outside the box' to deliver propositions/products and solutions that meet customers’ stated requirements.
• Strong analytical skills including financial modelling, valuation and financial statement analysis
• Experience from propositions, or strategy related team
• Be open-minded and curious, find pleasure in uncertainty and have the ability to bring in new ideas
• You'll have exceptional communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills along with strong influencing skills.
• Fluent in English, German is considered as a plus
