Next Ventures are urgently looking for an English and German speaking Business Analyst/Telecom IT domain/BSS/CRM for a long term project in Munich.
Role;
Business Analyst/Telecom IT domain, Number management/portability area, BSS/CRM
Mandatory skills:
1. Strong Working experience in Telecom IT domain, especially in Number management/portability area (preferably having knowledge in Germany telecom regulations), BSS/CRM
2. Business Requirement analysis (experience in coordinating with different IT/Business groups for gathering and analysing requirement/IT impacts, creating solution specification documents and user stories, verify solutions developed from user/business requirement perspective)
3. Working with cross-location teams, support in interfacing with customers and remote teams
4. Understanding of IT high level architecture, different Web/Batch etc. data interfaces and integration, ERD
Job Description;
1. Working experience in Technical/Functional transformation projects (eg technical platforms upgrades/migrations, functional rationalization, IT/Business process automation)
2. Agile methodology
3. Working experience in workflow modelling tools, Frontend design concepts, Java design patterns
