We are looking for an Interims Manager Customer Service (m/f) who will work in collaboration with a domestic & international team in a matrixed Strategic Business Unit (SBU) structure.If you are interested in a new challange, please send us your application!
Your tasks:
Organize and co-ordinate the operative daily customer service business and support with complex issues.
Receive and process customer orders by means of IT.
Monitor Deadlines.
Continuous process optimization.
Customer and distributor Management.
Airfreight costs: Price negotiations with forwarding agents.
Process letter of credits.
Export control.
Intercompany- und Crosscompany-business, EDI-orders.
Edit delivery reminders.
Issue credit notes: commissions, returned goods, price differences, warrenty.
Performance appraisal and team Management.
Your qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing or related field or equivalent of 5-10 years of outside experience.
At least 5 years experience in related field.
Industrial and/or manufacturing experience preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
Knowledge in SAP.
Experience in team Management.
Technical understanding.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
