Our client, a global leading telecommunication company are recruiting for Senior Procurement Manager of Power Solution to join their business in Germany.

Responsibilities:
- Strategy formulation and implementation: Independently formulate a strategy available for 2-3 years for PDF & PDU (low-voltage to high- voltage power distribution cabinet and related instrument), and coordinate effective implementation among departments concerned.
- Industry chain management: Analyze the industry chain development direction, effectively identify mid-/long- term risks, and formulate comprehensive solutions to gain relative competitive advantages for 2-3 years in PDF & PDU area.
- Supplier resource deployment: Real-time tracking product line for the needs of PDF & PDU, develop targeted development planning and coordination strategies.
- In-depth study of the PDF & PDU rules and procurement model to promote business innovation, optimization of category selection strategies and methodological guidance.

Qualifications:
- 8+ years experience in PDF & PDU area (Power distribution frame used in data center, computer room, distribution room/station, etc). Candidates with the related experience in telecom and IT product solution field are preferred.
- Rich experience with High & low-voltage Power Distribution Frame mainly brand and type, familiar with detailed cost down, supply and the trend of industry chain development, know the key instrument like the choose type of ATS, Circuit Break, Transformer, Contactor, bus-bar etc.
- Understand the PDF&PDU industry’s long-term technology trends development, design, application, etc. in the field of data center.
- Good at organization and planning, skilled at negotiations.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, able to adapt to a multicultural environment.
- Fluent in English; German preferred.
