Project Manager HR (Dutch) urgently required for interesting contract in Frankfurt.
The Client wants to introduce a new HR Management System within the global community.
Before starting this project a deep dive in relevant information from the German organization-perspective is needed.
Within this preparation/analysis phase prior to the project it is the goal to get all information needed regarding local budget & resources needed, timelines and milestone planning, and similar information needed to decide on the project on a local level.
The Project Manager HR (Dutch) will ideally have the following skills and expertise:
- Broad relevant experience in leading HR-related projects in both, national and international context.
- Proven knowledge in PRINCE2-related projects
- Enhanced knowledge in local HR systems and processes; incl. local HR-IT tools like SAP, SuccessFactors, MyTime, and similar
- Fluent in German and English
- Heavy coordination skills
- Knowledge of the ABN AMRO system landscape
- Dutch speaking and writing
