For our Client we search for a selection Tool Manager / Project Manager (m/f).In the role as Selection Tool Manager you will report to the Digital Development Director. You will manage the systems developers, and you will work closely with the other Selection Tool Managers, as well as the Product Managers and the R&D team.
Own the selection tools on behalf of the company and be responsible for the product success
Own the product backlog and continuously prioritize, clarify and refine the items within
Drive the product innovation processes to generate and select ideas to bring new services and features to life. Focus on the big picture.
Facilitate product decisions, including which features to be developed and when they are released
Create and communicate the product roadmap
Ensure the provision of necessary documentation for successful product development, e.g. epics, user stories, storyboards, workflow diagrams, user interface sketches
Manage the system development team, aid their communication with key stakeholders and evaluate delivered functionality
Stakeholder management (including R&D and product development, marketing and product manager, key customers, technical solution providers and suppliers)
Project budget and planning governance, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
Ensure that relevant training and instructions are provided to end users
Contribute to the fulfilment of corporate vision and goals
Provide relevant KPI’s, statistics and monthly reports on selection tools activities and usage
University degree (engineer, systems analyst or equivalent)
Excellent written and spoken German and English
Experience of working in multicultural environments
Entrepreneurial skills, using own initiative to identify and promote new potentials
Proven track record of managing complex (preferably systems development) projects
Proven track record of stakeholder management
Strong social and communication skills
Detail-orientation whilst maintaining focus on long-term goals
Thrives in a (internal) consultant role
As comfortable in discussing business issues as he/she is in solving systems-related challenges and project management
