Service Delivery Manager

Our international client are recruiting for an Experienced Service Delivery Manager to join their team on a long term (up to 3 years) contract, based in the Dusseldorf area of Germany.

The Service Delivery Manager is in charge of the E2E operation, responsible for local customer Relationship in primarily Germany, with responsibility for Austria and Switzerland also.

Key responsibilities:

  • Acts as a single or key point of contact for the customer zone contacts.
  • Represents the zone customer's interest and concerns to the Global Governance to achieve a match of customer expectations and delivered services, and acts as a relay for the plans decided at the Regional Level.
  • Acts as a liaison for issues tied to in-country delivered services or local/regional dissatisfaction.
  • In general promotes Fujitsu's region capabilities and presents factually services performance and achievement.
  • Identifying and manages new business opportunities in a given cluster
  • Familiar with the client's business, Manage client Expectations
  • Overall leader of the service delivery team (OSS, Service Desk, RIM)
  • First point of Escalation for client country representative
  • Responsible for service quality, service delivery performance
  • Single point of contact to the Regional Service Delivery Manager for delivery
  • Partner with the Regional Service Delivery Manager in attainment financial and client satisfaction targets
