Stellenbeschreibung:
*The project manager will manage the project from end-to-end, tailoring the current approach to optimize the program, while adhering to Bank frameworks, standards and best practice. This will include formally documenting processes, SDLC artifacts, and program recommendations. - Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. Develops and maintains information or documentation to the appropriate audiences in the appropriate companys' standard formats. Includes interface with management, applications, and across the CIO organization to create, execute and manage plans. Desired Skills (include required soft skills): · Advanced communication skills, fluent in English (written/verbal) · High level of analytical and problem solving skills, able to show flexibility regarding problem solving.

Erforderlich:
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience, working with technical / infrastructure delivery - Advanced analytical and problem solving skills, able to show flexibility regarding problem solving - Advanced communication skills, fluent in English (written/verbal) - Advanced communication skills, fluent in German (written/verbal) â?? Germany based resources only - Excellent team leader/worker, able to work in virtual teams in a matrix organizations - Ability to work in fast paced environment - Open minded, able to share information, transfer knowledge and expertise to team members

Wünschenswert:
1. Formally document processes related to the project 2. Formally document and maintain project artifacts (Project Charter, Project Initiation Document, Project Plan, Project Closure Document incl. Lessons Learned) 3. Perform general administrative duties and communications related to the project on an ongoing basis e.g. status reports, risks and issue management, change control, etc. 4. Engaging with technical / engineering leads to input into Product Roadmaps 5. Develop and foster operational excellence, drawing on good and best practice internally across DB and externally. 6. Ensure best practices and quality assurance of project deliverables; understanding & working within the project scope and organizational frameworks. 4 Key Requirements along with experience (in years) (ex: exposure to any specific tool/Software, Banking/Finance experience, any certifications etc.))
