Stellenbeschreibung:
Being the right-hand to the programâ??s Client Delivery Manager; Setting up PMO structures and processes, and administering them on a daily basis; Maintain internal program finance and reporting tools; Collecting, documenting and tracking action items including defining and agreeing due dates; Keeping an overall view on the program scope and delivery progress (via well-defined metrics); Direct communication with client team members and stakeholders; Preparing management presentations, e.g. for SteerCo

Erforderlich:
Proactive and able to work independently without detailed direction; Excellent people skills, including ability to engage with senior client personnel and delivery teams; deep know how of MS Office (PowerPoint & Excel); excellent English

Wünschenswert:
German nice to have

Project Positives:
Limited travel required (to BOI in London, and possibly to delivery centers in E. Europe)
