Beschreibung
Task:- Process / track orders with suppliers for Raw materials, Components among other direct materials (quantities, delivery dates, etc.)
- Maintain purchasing-specific system master data (e.g. material master data, orders, WOs etc.)
- Support supplier communication to ensure reliability of supply
- Assist with and coordinate projects (e.g. process improvement, standard work, etc)
- Work effectively cross-functionally (Plan, Make, Source etc)
- Prepare and communicate status and risks of assigned tasks, as relevant
- Be aware of and follow guidelines in respect of the code of conduct, ethics and compliance programmes, SOPs and other relevant regulations
- Create, update and prioritize production work orders
Requirements (Must have):
- Experiences with ERP systems
- Experiences with Microsoft Office incl. Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Access and IE
- English and German spoken and written fluently
