Aufgaben:

Currently we are looking for an Office 365 Technical Architekt (m/w).

Your tasks:
Purpose:
+ Understand the customers business and be able to map business needs to technical functions
+ Provide the skills, knowledge and experience from a technology perspective to develop the service

Responsibilities:
+ Maintain a service component
+ Provide for logged 3rd level Incident and Problem tickets
+ Raise and coordinate service changes
+ Implement approved changes to the service component
+ Identify and implement service component improvement measurements
+ Liaise with other technical architects to ensure a consistent service architecture
+ Judge and evaluate evergreen changes by Microsoft in Office 365
+ Liaises with Compliance Officer, Data Protection Officer, IT Security Officer and License
+ Manager Officer to ensure compliance with relevant guidelines and policies
+ Coordinate 3rd level Incident Management tickets with Microsoft and other 3rd party provider
+ preparation of user communication by Service Owner
+ Train staff on changed and new features
+ Update existing documentation for implemented changes.

+ Good understanding of the customers’ business

+ Excellent understanding of the service with all of its components
+ In-depth knowledge about the service component from technical point of view (MCSE level)
