Task:-Maintenance and improvements to the current operational and strategic reports
-Working with customers to identify new and more efficient reporting solutions
-Translate business requirements into deliverables and identifying new techniques to present data
- Designing and developing high quality strategic dashboards using active reports and mobile delivery methods
- Manage tasks in a fast-paced environment to ensure they are completed on time with attention to delivering high quality results
- Understand customer requirements and effectively manage expectations
Requirements (Must have):
- 3+ years’ experience in Cognos 8 or 10 report studio designing reports with, relational and dimensional functions, unions, joins, drill-through, conditional formatting, experience authoring active reports and bursting techniques.
- 3+ years’ experience with Framework Manager, Cognos Workspace, Cognos Workspace Advanced, Event Studio, Transformer.
- Experience designing interactive, customer appealing active report dashboards using RAVE visualizations.
- Strong database knowledge and some experience of ETL tools.
- Ability to read and write SQL is required.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Able to learn technical concepts quickly and apply them effectively in the workplace and adapt to changing business requirements.
• Strong customer focus, results oriented attitude with organizational and problem solving skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English
