Develop proposals for the navigational structure and key web pages

· Definition of the digital customer journey with a strong understanding of the needs of different customers and prospects on the website

· Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas

· Work with Digital Operations teams to implement best in class web page designs via guidelines and briefs that help us deliver on time and on budget.

· Optimization of website linking and cross promotional strategy helping convert traffic from various sources.

· Market and present web strategies, manage multiple projects and maintain schedules and budgets.

· Excellent web/digital media project management and estimating experience.

· Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards

Anforderungen:

· 5-8 years of experience managing customer facing performance orientated websites

· Deep knowledge of best in class on site web design and implementation programmers

· Experience in setting up and optimizing landing pages with common creative tools, therefore practical understanding and experience with design tools, browser technologies and cross-platform compatibility is needed.

· Able to conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to setup web design proposals and tech and creative briefings on a Scrum basis.

· Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps

· Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques and technologies

· Excellent knowledge of English
