EMEA Project Accountable person for driving all activities and Teams for:Regression testing ; EDI ; EA ; SIAM Coordination of KT Requirements with COE/Release Build.Release management and Transition management.
Ensure PtQ and PtP are happening on timely manner.
Deliverables related to this task (p2q report, TOL validation checks, BPML validation checks)
Follow up’s on OQ/PQ Testing challenges/defects & Remediation of issues/defects
Project supporting infrastructure support (printers, handheld devices, zebra printers, ...);
Onsite liaison for SAP Basis and Infrastructure activities
Support with Release Build Development Factory
Assist in Tollgate Prep/Meetings for build deliverables
International project management
Integrated CRM expertise
Ability to work on international and matrix-based organization
Advanced data analysis & reporting skills
Deep customer service / technical services end-to-end business process knowledge
SAP implementation background
Influencing skills and ability to interact with Top Management
Fluent English
