Stellenbeschreibung

Aufgaben:

SharePoint application and Service responsibilities:
· Leading the SharePoint governance board and stakeholder meetings
· SharePoint strategist for all relevant areas, e.g. collaboration
q Business focal point for all SharePoint relevant topics:
·Business Partner for all Business areas
·Business requirement capturing and implementation concept
·Define on boarding, training and ramp-up scenarios for business
q Training Management
·Prepare training documents for SharePoint use (beginner and advanced level)
·Execute the user training
·Create a common knowledge base and implement user feedback for continuous improvement
q Project management responsibilities:
·Capture of all driving business ideas and needs
·Definition and evolution of a commonly shared picture of the projects objectives and business drivers
·Creation, alignment and approval of project mandate where applicable
·Definition of project approach
·Management and control of project progress
q IT implementation concept:
·Facilitate the creation of the IT architectural concept in alignment with the Architecture Team and IT-Security
·Gain approval of the IT architectural concept for future changes
·Creation of an implementation plan with committed implementation resource

Profil

Anforderungen:

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND / KNOWLEDGE / QUALIFICATIONS:
q Technical know-how about SharePoint architecture and infrastructure
qKnowledge about SharePoint enterprise features, e.g. from services, business connectivity services, Dashboard features
qTechnical know-how about the Nintex workflow Software
qSound knowledge Project Management especially in IT-Projects
qITIL foundation (V2/V3)
qSecurity Screening Act ("Sicherheitsüberprüfungsgesetz) level Ü2
qFluent written and spoken English
qIT literate (MS Office)
qSound and proven record of successful led and finished projects, especially in the area of SharePoint Implementation
and Change Management Projects
qAbility to present convincing and concise decision proposals
qStrong negotiation skills
qTarget oriented management of content in complex and diverse environments
qGood understanding of change management principles
