Task:'Within the Project our customer wants to have a review of the current process for managing of commissions.
A new software supporting the management and conform to the new european low is necessary.
The project, originally planned for 2017, is growing in business requirements and impacting different business areas, from Personal Accounts to Payments, Cards and Taxes.
The current target is deploying the main functionality for end 2018.
The technologies used are: Host, DB2, Cobol
Understanding the functional requirements and coordinating the different stakeholders.
Reporting status and tracking. Managing issues and risks.
Guaranting all the methodological steps.
Coordinating Testing activity, and if necessary, testing.
Tracking and reporting of the status, as well as helping in the estimation definition and solving all the general issues of the project
