Your Tasks
- Tracking and reporting of the status, as well as helping in the estimation definition and solving all the general issues of the project
- Understanding the functional requirements and coordinating the different stakeholders.
- Reporting status and tracking. Managing issues and risks
- Guarantying all the methodological steps.
- Coordinating Testing activity, and if necessary, testing.
