Business Analyst - Product, Billing, CRM
We are urgently seeking an experienced BA to provide support product and hardware introductions as well as activities related to CRM. You will be responsible for supporting the division in multiple Business Analyst tasks specific to the introduction of new hardware in the CRM and Billing domain.
Such specific requirements include:
Documentation of business requirements
Billing and CRM background
Strong communication skills in both English AND German
Telecommunications background
Project management environment experience
Please note the majority of communication will be made in English however German conversational skills are mandatory also.
