Task:
Co-ordinate and facilitate the financial, business case and demand management processes
Co-ordinate and facilitate the service governance and management especially in regards to cloud services
Drive project activities
Co-ordinate tracking and processing business case/demand requests adhering to the defined standards
Co-ordinate and facilitate the Resource Budget Process, both during its creation and monthly control
Control Business Case input data and subsequent verification and validation
Support maintaining the Business Management set of tools (such as Sharepoint list, Excel files)
Drive developing and reporting on Budget, Sizing and time spent
Responsibility:
Planning and Coordination Service is responsible for defining and managing the portfolio of infrastructure services. As part of its responsibilities it is interfacing with internal/external customers and service providers.

Relevant Job Experience:
- University degree in Economics, Finance or IT and/or equivalent professional experience
- Advisor on capex/opex/manpower
